1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This privacy policy regulates the basic principles and procedures for collecting, processing and storing personal data of the user of the online store shop.dropaudio.lt (hereinafter referred to as the Internet store) operated by DROP AUDIO UAB.
The online store is administered by UAB “DROP AUDIO”, registered office address Giedraičių st. 60B-106, Vilnius LT-08212, company code 302303216 (hereinafter – the Data Controller), which determines the means and purposes of data subject processing.
In this Policy, any natural person using the services of the Internet store is considered a data subject. By using the website www.dropaudio.lt, the Data subject agrees to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Acquaintance with the Privacy Policy is considered when the Data Subject registers on the website and notes that he has familiarized himself with the procedure.

2.1.2. To identify the data subject: Name; last name;
2.1.3. To contact the Data Subject: telephone number; email address;

2.1.5. To complete the purchase procedure and for accounting purposes: method of payment; bank account details.
2.1.6. For the purpose of direct marketing: Name; last name; date of birth (age); gender; area; telephone number; email address.

2.2. Disclosure of Personal Data:
2.2.1. The data controller uses the services of reliable third parties established in Lithuania, such as courier services, companies providing direct marketing and (server) rental services.
2.2.2. The data subject’s data are transferred to third parties only as and to the extent necessary to directly fulfill their duties and ensure the subject’s legitimate interests.
2.2.3. The Data Controller undertakes and is obliged to keep the Account password and login name for connecting to the Online Store website, as well as other Personal Data.
2.3. The terms of personal data storage, taking into account the purposes of personal data processing, are as follows:
2.3.1. Personal data processed for the purpose of e-commerce on the Online Store website are stored for 5 (five) years from the last time the Data Subject used the Online Store;
2.3.2. Personal data processed for the purpose of direct marketing are stored for 5 (five) years from the date of receipt of the Data Subject’s consent to process his personal data for the purpose of direct marketing;
2.4. The data subject has the right to withdraw the given consent(s) to the processing of his personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time. The provider of the online store is also not responsible for disruptions to the connection and/or use of the online store and/or damage caused by them, caused by the actions or inaction of third parties unrelated to the Data Subject, including disruptions in the supply of electricity, internet access, etc.
4.3. The data controller reserves the right to adjust the Privacy Policy. Before starting to use the Online Store, you must carefully read and familiarize yourself with this Policy. By using the services provided in the Online Store, you confirm that you agree to comply with this Policy.
